They still won’t cash because “I don’t have a boA account” they say. I work hard and to be profiled is sad…turns out only the “black” customers can’t cash checks. This place needs some investigating

Steve their manager in particular is who has assisted us. If you are having issues with anything ask for him and he will look into every option to get it resolved. They are also very friendly. I will never go to another check cashing place but here.
