Orlando Santos Mark Brewer is an amazing asset to the company. I received a call from him this evening - yes, you heard me right… I’m complimenting the debt collector! I have received numerous calls from this agency before and all the agents say is “ Is “MY NAME available?” once I reply asking what they needed… all they say is “It’s a personal matter that came across our desk, if you are MY NAME I need the last four of your social”. To which I usually (sarcastically) say that I would feel more comfortable with their name and last four of their social for a personal matter on my end before I give them mine - because you better have something better than “my name and a personal matter” before you go asking about my social. Well Mark was much more profesional and polite, he didn’t ask for my social I identified myself by name as I have never hid from debt collectors and since he called my number looking for someone by my name and I identified as such person he was able to at least tell me the company that originally held the debt - once I knew that piece of information… I knew it was legitimate and gladly gave Mark more identifying info he needed and all the details about my situation. People like Mark Brewer, that are professionals, that give respect and dignity to others, have a great attitude and show empathy towards others, do the the company they represent proud and should be valued and not taken for granted. It’s the first time ever I’ve been compelled to review and take the time to praise someone calling to ask for money, but if anyone deserved it, it was Mark.

Matthew Allen Bryan Colman has been my finacial advisor with First Command for the past 9 years, and I couldn’t be happier with the customer service I’ve received from him throughout all these years. I trust no one more when it comes to sound finacial advice than that of Bryan’s. The peace of mind I get knowing he wants to set me up for success is worth its weight in gold. Whenever I have a question regarding money, expenses, budgeting, etc, I know I can reach out to him for assistance. In the early years when working with him, he was one of the voice of guidance that helped level the bubble with my budget. This helped me realized how wasteful I’ve been with spending money. He helped guide me with establishing my portfolio, TSP, life insurance and Roth IRA. You can tell he is passionate in this role as an advisor and only wants what’s best for his customers. He is an expert in his craft and loves every moment of what he does. 11/10 and if you chose Bryan as your advisor, you are in safe hands.
