2 /5 John: The phone customer service at this credit union is extremely disappointing. I have not had any problems so far being a member, but today I was having trouble with my mobile banking so I call customer service. During my first call, I waited for over an hour so I figured I will call later; the second call I waited for 40 minutes and no one got to me; and the third call, 35 minutes—without ever speaking to a representative. For an institution that prides itself on customer service, such prolonged wait times are unacceptable.
