2 /5 D E W Adventures: Ive been a banner bank for years. Recently Ive had to file a couple of fraud alerts and get a new card. I found that one of the fraud alerts was a legitimate purchase so I came into this branch to get my new card and cancel the fraud alert. The lady at the front desk to the right of the door seemed upset that I was bothering her. She did issue me a new card but never canceled the fraud alert. After finding this out I had to go online and cancel it myself. Customer service is a big part of Banking and shes not good at it, so maybe she should go work somewhere else.. I wont come back to this branch in the future..
