He takes your calls 99 percent of the time. He takes your calls even while he is on vacation. I have been upset about changes in our policy due to WA or some such, and Scott has always talked me through it. He explains everything in detail. And me, I need details when Im making decisions regarding my wifes and my coverage on our cars. 30 plus years I have dealt with insurance companies and never have I had a agent more professional and on top of it then Scott.
