Scott has been such a great resource for all of my questions and I hear back from Scott personally within 15 minutes to 12 hours depending on when I send him an email. Scott has taken such good care of me. Scott has ensured I have the coverage I need to protect myself in case of an accident. Scott and his team have been such a blessing to have them in my corner.

I have a Farmers policy with a *different* agent in town and tried to reach this agent to help me understand a document I had received regarding my policy. I called and left voicemails for the other agent but never received a response for over a month. Finally, I looked for a different Farmers agent to help me understand what was happening with my policy and contacted Brians office. Im so grateful that Shena took the time to review my document and explain what my options were!
