Jake Hoffman Had the misfortune of communicating with Joley. What appeared as an introduction to acquiring insurance, became a coarse and rude exposure to WaFd Insurance. I had to stop by the branch several weeks after requesting the quote, as no update was made. When I stopped by to check on the status, I was asked why am I stopping by if I have had insurance yet. I informed that in order to acquire my contractors license, I need a bond and insurance. Then a couple weeks later I got a call, and was told I had one option, with a crucial criteria, when I didnt understand it, and asked an explanation, Joley raised his voice and accused me of being unclear and concealing information. Perhaps thats how they treat their customers. Best Regards..

Mitchell I’ve been working with Hayley Conrad for the past month or so on switching over our Home and Auto insurances. She is very knowledgeable and honest when it comes to coverages and what is needed/not necessarily needed. She responds in a timely manner and I am able to reach her via email, phone, etc. when I have any questions or want to make changes to coverages. My experience working with her has been one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time! I would recommend Hayley to anyone interested in switching insurances.
