This office handles their business so effortlessly that - get this - I never had to go into the office once. Communication is top tier and the office staff are SO FRIENDLY and SO GOOD at what they do! Your search ends here, I promise youll be hard pressed to find a better insurance agent in Vancouver than Shawn Vorrath State Farm. 5/5!

Phillip Chung No wonder it looks fishy here without any previous review comment! This guy who answered the phone, assume to be Charles Chai, started with "who are you?"!! Who does that!! On top of Farmers doubling my home insurance premium and this kind of customer service, it is no brainer to switch to another insurance company. I only wish I have done that long time ago instead of providing income for this person! Hope my policy get cancelled as I requested without causing headache, which I wouldnt be surprised if this guy makes difficult, ex. not cancelled before renewal date and late charge assessed. Please just retire if you think you made enough money and dont feel like serving your customer with dignity! Just horrible..

She immediately impressed me with her knowledge and attention to detail. The quote I was quoted was fair. She did a great job keeping me informed of the process. In today’s world where it’s seems customer service is nowhere to be found Angle insurance and Valerie are a breath of fresh air. I couldn’t give any higher recommendation if you are looking for insurance.
