1 /5 Meghan P: If you want to feel like a valued client or customer this is not the business for you. They dont even care to make something right, or even apologize when they mess up. You cant even get the new owners to call you back and help their employees, Ive requested. Guess 25 years of being a client means nothing. The incompetence and shear laziness of this office is appalling. Over a dozen phone calls since FEBRUARY and they still wont make my home owners insurance right, and we are now in Oct. Time to shop for new insurance all around, so sad that being a customer for so long means nothing.
