Anthony Anderson Called for a quote over a week ago, never heard back. I used to work here I guess there customer service has gone down hill. Thats a shame.

Marshall Read I notified my agent as soon as I was hit. They connected me to a claims specialist who gave me a list of preferred providers who could make repairs. The repair was made. I paid my deductible. No hassles, great service. 40 years with state farm and counting.

She did an excellent job working through estimates for auto, home, and umbrella policies. She facilitated filling out the required forms and carefully explained all the details.
