1 /5 Meghan P: If you want to feel like a valued client or customer this is not the business for you. They dont even care to make something right, or even apologize when they mess up. You cant even get the new owners to call you back and help their employees, Ive requested. Guess 25 years of being a client means nothing. The incompetence and shear laziness of this office is appalling. Over a dozen phone calls since FEBRUARY and they still wont make my home owners insurance right, and we are now in Oct. Time to shop for new insurance all around, so sad that being a customer for so long means nothing.

5 /5 AlphaVariable: So far after trying to find construction insurance/bond, Accurate has been very reliable and quick to respond. I signed with them because they got all the info correct on the first try instead of having to wait a weeks between each attempt at fixing application errors and subcontractor % errors like with multiple other agents (local and national). They beat other prices by about $200-300 too. Ill update this if i ever have to file a claim but based on my experience so far - I doubt there will be any issues.
