1 /5 Mark Evenson: Horrible experience. I received a homeowners policy through this office (Soutsakhone Soukphaly). About 3 weeks later, I received an email from them stating that they were sending a home inspector out to inspect the exterior of my house. Ok, no problem. My house is in excellent condition. About two week later, I received an email stating that they were canceling my policy because I had some "moss" on my roof. Wow, what a bunch of BS. The roof is in excellent condition and is only 5 years old. Ridiculous! They are clearly looking for any reason to cancel policies. Communication has been horrible with them, and I highly recommend you avoid Farmers and this office all all costs. You cannot trust that they are not going to cancel you for some pathetic reason. I found a better and cheaper policy with another company. I will never give Farmers my business again. Horrible customer service, no customer loyalty, and no sense of how their decisions impact normal people. I have had many home insurance policies in my life with a variety of different companies, and I have never had this happen. Soutsakhone, as my agent, you could have at least picked up the phone to gave me a heads up and a chance to fix any issues that the inspector allegedly found. Thanks for the fantastic representation.
