5 /5 CHRIS KING: I have been a member of State Farm off and on for years. I found that I really like State Farm and the service they provide. They are easy to deal with directly or through app and online as well. However, I have had agents with State Farm who can not touch the service I have received from the Joe Neel office. In our time with State Farm we have had several unfortunate accidents. When going through the process we were able to reach to the office directly for assistance and guidance. You truly couldn’t ask for better staff than the Joe Neel office! I highly recommend their experience and customer services! Thank you, Kathy, Christina, Vicki and Joe!
