Chip Keen We found Sound Business Insurance after the independent broker we’d been with for 20 years failed to help us when Liberty Mutual dropped coverage for our hotel – not just ours, but all hotels. We’ve never filed a loss claim, and we’ve always made our policy payments on time. Frank Rodriquez and his team went to bat for us. Not only did they help us understand the insurance market better, they were also able to offer us an equivalent policy for a third less than what we’ve been paying Liberty Mutual. My sole regret is that we didn’t find Sound Business when they first opened in 2008.

Dupea Barbara (Babs) I just called this company to ask for a quote for liability insurance w/SR-22 first the receptionist Christina who answered the phone put me on hold and ask an agent about my request and came back to tell me that they couldnt handle that and I wasnt referred to another company that could and wasnt even allowed to speak directly to one of the agents. Then after hanging up and not satisfied with the response because I thought maybe I didnt give enough information or there was a misunderstanding I called back and was directed to an agent by the name of Nanette? anyway I was told that even though they could write up a quote they thought that my needs might be better met by calling another agency. OK???? I can only assume after that response that business must be so good there that they dont need any new business. On a scale of 1 - 10 I would only give this company a 1 and only a 1 because they did at least answer their phone.

Lance Sawyer I have been with Tyler and his staff for many years. They are always professional and courteous in all my interactions with them. They keep me informed of any changes well in advance and let me know if there are any issues with my policies. I never get any pushy sales pitches. Changing vehicles just takes a quick call and sending a couple pictures. Could not be easier or more pleasant to deal with. Thanks!
