2 /5 Stacey Kruger: I asked to decrease my coverage because of an 20 dollar jump in my bill (no accident or ticket) I asked for just what the state requires and he told me he would not change my policy to the minimum needed because he doesnt feel thats enough coverage. Unless you are paying my premium...you dont get to choose my coverage. I also go paperless and was going to be charged 5 dollars for a paper copy of proof of insurance.

1 /5 Susie Powell: Unfortunately without warning, no tickets, or infractions it seems to raise 60.00 every six months. Would not recommend and will be finding a new insurance group

5 /5 Nick Richardson: Guido takes time to not only get you the right coverage, but also makes sure you have the coverage you need. I highly recommend him and American Family. Also they do have a discount for Military/Veterans and Costco members.
