3 /5 AB Oss: Not easy to work with this year . Been with PNW for years and have always had great care by account managers until this year we were upon renewal and our renewal manager did not work with us to find a better rate or save us money with a better policy. Convinced we couldn’t find a better rate, we felt pushed out as if they were trying to get us to not renew by presenting policies that were well over $5000 - $7000 for two autos and one that was to be garaged. After being clients since 2021. We decided to seek a new insurance provider who saved us thousands of dollars so decided to move everything, our homes and auto policies because of the professionalism and care we received as well as better rates and the time, attentiveness and diligence they provided over PNW insurance .

Having hopped between a couple of larger national firms, I can say I am paying less, getting equal coverage, and feel heard when I have questions or want to look at tweaking my plan. Very happy with the service they provide!

She listens to what your needs are to find the most appropriate carrier and plan for you. I was in a bind and needed to find a new plan quickly. I was insured very soon after contacting Ali, for which Im very appreciative.

2 /5 JL Shelton: Tried to make contact with this agency for auto insurance. Very slow getting back to me. Thinking I wanted home owners coverage (I did not) said I wanted to adjust policy I had with them (I have never been with this agency) I understand agents being busy but paying attention to details is paramount when dealing with a insurance company. If you want to use this company I don’t recommend Drake.

Reached out to Lisa on a recommendation from a friend and got much better service than with the other company. She provided me with all the info I needed to make the best decision. Not only did I save a ton of money, but I also got much better coverage.
