2 /5 Matthew Inman: I became a client of Wilson Insurance Agency about 20 years ago. Randy Cox has been a consistently fantastic agent to work with. Personal, conscientious service always. Unfortunately, after the merger with Western, service declined significantly. Not Randys service, but service in general, through Western. I have transferred my households home and auto, and my Moms auto to Shea Insurance and have helped my Father in Law and an elderly neighbor get set up through Shea as well.The final straw was this last summer. I was trying to help my elderly neighbor set up a new policy after her current policy had been cancelled due to a fly-over that detected foliage above her roof. Numerous calls and an email were not returned. When Chris finally called me back, he was cordial, but not ultimately helpful. He did not follow through on the the things he said he would do in the call. He did not return my calls or email after that, and the August 8th deadline I told him my neighbor had, came and went.
