1 /5 Jinwook Shin: I emailed them about my policy. They never responded. I emailed them again and they never responded. I canceled my policy just because of this office. Later, I called them about my canceled policy and they yelled at me! If this is how they treat customers during normal peace time, what kind of service can I expect when something actually happens and I need to file a claim with them? I reported their behaviors to the state farm central office and they did nothing about it. Theres one thing they are very good at, though -- collecting monthly premiums. Just avoid these guys and live a stress-free life. The phone call alone was a traumatic experience for me and Im still trying to recover from it.

1 /5 Mrs Que: I was with this company for 8 years. I accumulated some tickets in 2016 and 2017. Nothing else in those 8 years. I was dropped without forewarning. This company shows NO compassion or willingness to work with their clients. Highly disappointing. I would NOT recommend.
