If this is how they treat customers during normal peace time, what kind of service can I expect when something actually happens and I need to file a claim with them? I reported their behaviors to the state farm central office and they did nothing about it. Theres one thing they are very good at, though -- collecting monthly premiums. Just avoid these guys and live a stress-free life. The phone call alone was a traumatic experience for me and Im still trying to recover from it.
