Kristi was consistently late to appointments, failed to follow through, and didn’t cancel my previous health plan—resulting in me being double-billed for coverage I didn’t need. She never once apologized or took accountability for any of it. After I asked not to be contacted by her again, I received an unsolicited, all-caps email with multiple exclamation marks aggressively pushing for client reviews.
Barbara, the second agent I was transferred to, spoke over me during our call and responded to my concerns with passive-aggressive, guilt-tripping emails instead of taking responsibility.
I’ve since chosen to work with an agency that values integrity, professionalism, and respect. I do not recommend this one.
