The things she had to do for my situation were unimaginable, she went well above and beyond her normal duties to get the job done, and for that I will be forever grateful! She is the most helpful person I have ever encountered! When my life was falling apart while moving across the country because of my mortgage lender, Shania was my comfort and the only person I could rely on for accurate information about my closing. She was telling me the facts days before my lender ever picked up the phone to call. With her experience and knowledge she will be able to assist anyone with any situation after deal with mine lol. She is someone I have complete faith and trust in to always do right by her clients. She helped me while I was at the lowest point in my life, she is not only the best insurance agent on the west coast, but she is genuinely a great person.
