Amir & Luna (Amir&Luna) Ive had a wonderful experience with Flor Tovar at the Sedro-Woolley State Farm office in Township St. From the beginning, she has been incredibly helpful, kind, and professional. One of the things I really appreciate is that she speaks Spanish—this made everything so much easier and more comfortable for me. Flor is always available when I need her, whether I have a question, need help understanding my policy, or just want to make sure Im getting the best coverage. She takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes sure Im confident in my decisions. Its clear that Flor truly cares about her clients, and its been such a relief to have someone I can trust. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and caring insurance agent!

Amber Steen Shelby was 10/10! She was so helpful in figuring out my policy and helping me Every step of the way. I’ve always had a family friend do my insurance for me so I’ve never 100% understood everything that goes on with what you need and how much coverage you need but Shelby explained everything so well! I needed an sr22 and from start to finish she explained things and helped me every step of the way, she made it so easy for me. I was so anxious and nervous to call to figure everything out and she made me feel so at ease with the process! I can’t say for everyone that works here cause I just talked to Shelby but if they’re anything like Shelby you won’t be disappointed!
