Jacqueline Smith I have been a Geico customer for many years and recently started a new policy with my partner since moving to the Portland area. Jarid and Jake were so helpful and courteous answering my questions and discussing my policy with me when I called in for a quote. I felt very informed and comfortable during my conversation with them and they were very nice and informative with their answers. The customer service was excellent and I got a great rate. In my past dealing with claims Geico has been great - roadside assistance has also helped me with getting a tow or a flat.
