The office lady was no help we asked questions she would say i dont know. Was very unfriendly then asked questions a few months later about our bill and she was rude so we left and went with another agent whose staff is way nicer.

2 /5 Debbie Lynch-Christian: Hi, Im the daughter of Debbie and have been with State Farm since getting my permit at age 15. Over 21 years of good driving, never missing a payment and loyalty I lose my good standing with State Farm and rate because of this mess of lack of communication and things getting last in the mail. So I go from paying about $73 and change per month to almost $150 per month. Plus slow communication back consering my insurance. Plus knowing corporations they probably dont have all the right data at the main branch so even if right information at the branch here in town the main branch where everything is generated probably not been updated. No matter how hard that you try. Which is bull and unfair.
