When I say they speak to speak you ACTUALLY GET SPEAK to someone there is NONE of those frustrating automated systems, an actual person answers the phone. I had to call at another time and spoke with another person from their office concerning me turning in my daughter’s report card. It had all the information they needed, other than a GPA was missing.
