Julie Kerber - State Farm Insurance Agent - Marysville

Gail Herr I’m so pleased with the information and help I’ve received from this office! Working with Alice was a delight - she took the time to answer all my questions and concerns and was also friendly, personable, and a pleasure to work with. Hopefully we’ll have no issues come up but I feel confident that if we do we’ll be well taken care of!

John Donovan - Insurance Agent - Richland

Giuseppe Rubinaccio John provided great input on my home owners policy specifically addressing the significant increase in replacement costs over the last year due building material cost increases. Additionally, he recommended other products that have provided me and my family solid coverage for most anything life will throw at us.

Farmers Insurance - Charles Chai - Federal Way

Phillip Chung No wonder it looks fishy here without any previous review comment! This guy who answered the phone, assume to be Charles Chai, started with "who are you?"!! Who does that!! On top of Farmers doubling my home insurance premium and this kind of customer service, it is no brainer to switch to another insurance company. I only wish I have done that long time ago instead of providing income for this person! Hope my policy get cancelled as I requested without causing headache, which I wouldnt be surprised if this guy makes difficult, ex. not cancelled before renewal date and late charge assessed. Please just retire if you think you made enough money and dont feel like serving your customer with dignity! Just horrible..

FND Insurance & Financial Services, LLC - Lakewood

Doosie Doosie Jill F. was fantastic. Having little/no experience in finding decent medical coverage for our needs is daunting, but Jill was very patient, kind, timely and knowledgeable and she got us exactly what we were hoping for. We are very thankful for her being there when we needed her.

safeco insurance wa

Safeco Insurance - Seattle

Kristina Young I have had Safeco for over 12 years- home and auto. I won’t go into details, but they allowed my policy to be rewritten by a 3rd party without my consent and added another driver onto my policy without my consent. I can’t image that was legal. That aside, with no changes in coverage, my premium went up 50% and the ONLY thing that’s changed is that I got a divorce. No claims, no tickets, my credit score is better than it was a year ago and I work from home. So basically- we’re setting women’s rights back another 100 years. My ex-husband didn’t get a policy increase with the divorce. And he’s had claims. How is this not sexist? I’m shopping for a new carrier after 12 years. Stay away if you’re a woman.
