d camp Wow! I have nothing but great things to say about my fantastic insurance agent Shania!! The things she had to do for my situation were unimaginable, she went well above and beyond her normal duties to get the job done, and for that I will be forever grateful! She is the most helpful person I have ever encountered! When my life was falling apart while moving across the country because of my mortgage lender, Shania was my comfort and the only person I could rely on for accurate information about my closing. She was telling me the facts days before my lender ever picked up the phone to call. With her experience and knowledge she will be able to assist anyone with any situation after deal with mine lol. She is someone I have complete faith and trust in to always do right by her clients. She helped me while I was at the lowest point in my life, she is not only the best insurance agent on the west coast, but she is genuinely a great person. I am so thankful to have met Shania and forever indebted to her for her help. She receives my highest recommendation and I look forward to continuing dealing with her and American Family. Brittney Deines I called Monday morning to ask if they were letting people into the office cuz of all of the Coronavirus restrictions and policies and was told to go ahead and come into the office right away. When I got there the agent I spoke to on the phone was on lunch but the nice lady at the front desk was able to do everything for me and get me set up. Withing 15 to 20 minutes I left with proof of insurance in hand. She was also great about not pushing any more coverage on me than I needed or could afford to pay for and was very clear about pricing.

Sarah sears I just recently switch to this company about a month ago. There isn’t enough words I can use to say how wonderful this company is! When I say they speak to speak you ACTUALLY GET SPEAK to someone there is NONE of those frustrating automated systems, an actual person answers the phone. I’ve had the opportunity to speak with Ayanna today due to a concern I had. Her positive energy, and kindness show through and through and was so very helpful. I had to call at another time and spoke with another person from their office concerning me turning in my daughter’s report card. It had all the information they needed, other than a GPA was missing. Her school district doesn’t put GPA’s on their report cards. He was able to work it out that I still got the good student discount. Great rates considering the fact I have a 16yr old on my insurance. This is an agency I highly recommend as they do want to help their clients.
