I reached out for help, and three days later— Bibbidi-Bobbidi-Boo! —she found me a way better deal with the same coverage. I only wish I reached out sooner. She was so patient, professional, and kept me updated every step of the way, which made a stressful task feel effortless. Samantha really cares about her clients and it shows. If you’re working with her, you’re in excellent hands and your bank account will thank you. 10/10 would let her insure my life choices too, like that one time I bought a timeshare in Topeka, Kansas.

Jake Hoffman Had the misfortune of communicating with Joley. What appeared as an introduction to acquiring insurance, became a coarse and rude exposure to WaFd Insurance. I had to stop by the branch several weeks after requesting the quote, as no update was made. When I stopped by to check on the status, I was asked why am I stopping by if I have had insurance yet. I informed that in order to acquire my contractors license, I need a bond and insurance. Then a couple weeks later I got a call, and was told I had one option, with a crucial criteria, when I didnt understand it, and asked an explanation, Joley raised his voice and accused me of being unclear and concealing information. Alden Linn My experience with Greg was great. I started with my new car because hes close to home and its very convenient. I just recently switched everything over so I can have my agent in my back yard. You never know when something might happen. Having him close is a definite bonus... Hes also really good on the wallet too. He mentioned having Golden Tee coming which would be fun.
