David Oh Absolutely Outstanding Service! I had the pleasure of working with Mario for my insurance needs, and I couldnt be more impressed with the level of service I received. Mario is professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful, but what truly sets him apart is his phenomenal responsiveness. I had sent him an email around 10 PM one evening, fully expecting to hear back in a day or two. To my complete surprise, Mario responded in less than 30 minutes response. I was blown away by his dedication and commitment to his clients. In an industry where getting timely responses can be challenging, Mario is excellent. He consistently goes above and beyond. Adam Lang Kevin and his team saved our family $6,000 this year in health insurance premiums. Besides the premium savings, the policy they found has no deductible (only copays). Chip Keen We found Sound Business Insurance after the independent broker we’d been with for 20 years failed to help us when Liberty Mutual dropped coverage for our hotel – not just ours, but all hotels. We’ve never filed a loss claim, and we’ve always made our policy payments on time. Frank Rodriquez and his team went to bat for us. Not only did they help us understand the insurance market better, they were also able to offer us an equivalent policy for a third less than what we’ve been paying Liberty Mutual. My sole regret is that we didn’t find Sound Business when they first opened in 2008.
