5 /5 David Oh: Absolutely Outstanding Service! I had the pleasure of working with Mario for my insurance needs, and I couldnt be more impressed with the level of service I received. Mario is professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful, but what truly sets him apart is his phenomenal responsiveness. I had sent him an email around 10 PM one evening, fully expecting to hear back in a day or two. To my complete surprise, Mario responded in less than 30 minutes response. I was blown away by his dedication and commitment to his clients. In an industry where getting timely responses can be challenging, Mario is excellent. He consistently goes above and beyond. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an insurance broker who is not only great at what they do but also genuinely cares about providing top-notch support.

She is someone that seemed to really care not only about the money I was spending but about my individual situation. She was very understanding and made the process super simple and easy on my end. I was able to get a great deal on insurance and a great agent to got to with any questions or changes to my policy. As a new homeowner I’m flustered and confused, with a lapse in coverage I have been panicking. Mario was able to work with me to find a price that was not much different than what I had been paying and now I can feel at ease knowing I am covered. He also spotted a mistake made by my last insurer that would have heavily impacted me if I needed to make a claim. I’m glad I am now fully covered and have Mario to thank!
