Joel Vranna I have used MTC Insurance as the solution to my insurance needs for the last 25+ years. Mike Carney and his team always have time for my sometimes crazy questions and always has or will find the correct answer. He has as much if not more professionalism than anyone else in the business. Carney will not just look for your best rates, but the best coverage for that rate and always give you options. He is not the typical take it or leave it insurance agent. Mike will take it upon himself to find you a better policy when he notices that your rates are getting too high. Any other agent I have worked with only reacts to inquiries and complaints. Mike Carney has always been proactive in protecting your interest. I have shopped out his policies at different times only to find that he is still the best overall deal in the business.

Day Stormy (LadyStormzzz) Paije at D and D Insurance is amazing. She went ABOVE and BEYOND my expectations. My previous agent at another company was AWFUL and non-responsive. Paije helped me get everything sorted in a timely manner (timely on her end, not mine, sorry Paije!) and spent the whole day practically helping me get things sorted out, fixed, linked, and ready to rock! Lisa Noteboom Jennifer at Grant County Title went above and beyond in locating the covenants for a subdivision for our neighborhood associations records. Two other title companies did not have them. With the help of Shelly, a senior title officer, she was able to find documentation that showed that the covenants from the prior subdivision applied to this one as well. I very much appreciate the friendly, competent help I received!
