Gail Lengel I spoke with the owner (forgot his name ) about Lower car insurance and homeowners rates. He went over my policies and advised that it would be better to stay with my existing company. I was very impressed with his courtesy and taking time to explain the latest insurance rate costs and reasons. I did not change from my existing company. Although we didn’t move forward with this quote specifically, I am positive that I will be a StateFarm customer within the next year or so

Jake Hoffman Had the misfortune of communicating with Joley. What appeared as an introduction to acquiring insurance, became a coarse and rude exposure to WaFd Insurance. I had to stop by the branch several weeks after requesting the quote, as no update was made. When I stopped by to check on the status, I was asked why am I stopping by if I have had insurance yet. I informed that in order to acquire my contractors license, I need a bond and insurance. Then a couple weeks later I got a call, and was told I had one option, with a crucial criteria, when I didnt understand it, and asked an explanation, Joley raised his voice and accused me of being unclear and concealing information. Perhaps thats how they treat their customers. Best Regards..
