She was thorough and made sure I did not feel like a burden as I went back and forth with questions when I was consulting my husband. 5 /5 Kevin White: Stephani was so polite, professional, and courteous during my appointment! We were doing my fingerprints and even though Im not too worried about where my fingerprints are, pretty sure Im not wanted or guilty of anything, my hands were sweating like crazy. She was so quick and skilled, my sweaty little digits posed no problem. Her attention to detail and great hand hygiene made me feel safe. The office was very clean and comfortable, I wouldve been fine waiting but didnt have to. She offered me refreshments for the road and a bottle of hand gel. If you need any of the services they provide, give them a call! Very pleasant experience! Im sure Ill be back for something at some point.

I was helped by Maya both times, accompanying me with great customer service. She was able to greet and help me immediately, making my visit very quick and easy. Not to mention, the office is also very clean!

I was outside of the 60 days after loosing coverage from my last job, and I had just moved across state lines. She helped me find a plan that allowed for the qualifying life event. I would definitely recommend her to other people. She was super kind and understanding and excited for me when we found a plan that would accept me. Five stars all around.
