Moving into a new home is always a stressful time, and juggling all the details of home and auto insurance on top of it can be overwhelming. However, Annette made the entire process so much easier. 1 /5 Cory Richards: This company was Grange Insurance initially, and changed to Cross Insurance later. I set this plan up initially and things were great. Have been with them for many years. Recently I went through a long divorce, and Cross Insurance has been nothing but problems, specifically Sheryl Pratt. I have had several vehicles, a trailer, a business account, and a home owners policy from them. Sheryl canceled me off of the account when I moved out of my house due to the divorce. Now that things are finalized, I requested to cancel the car insurance for all the vehicles that I got in the settlement. She stated that I cannot cancel the policy since she canceled me, and that I need to wait for my ex to cancel the policy. Meanwhile, Cross Insurance is still processing my bank account for the payments. Basically I was canceled by Sheryl, am not allowed to take my vehicles off the policy even though they are mine, and am being charged for the policy that I was canceled from! This is the most absurd process that I have ever dealt with.
