When he called I expected him to tell me some nonsense to get me to buy insurance, but he did not do that, he is different from the rest, he explained everything in very good detail, he was patient, not just that but he ask me how my day was going and made conversation, I am extremely happy with his services. I use progressive for my auto insurance, but Jeff offered a package deal with my auto insurance and business insurance, as well and my business bond. I’m grateful I have him a chance to talk to me and explain, because most of the time I hang up on people that are from insurance companies lol. But I’m grateful I stayed and listened to him.
