1 /5 Xinyi Joffre: I worked with Jake to get home and auto insurance when we bought a house back in 2021. Back then, the service was great, and Jake took the time to explain our policy and make sure we were comfortable with all aspects of our insurance.
Fast forward a few years, it’s now very hard to get responses to any emails or phone calls. If I do catch him on a phone call, he promises next steps by certain dates and then does not follow through (even if I recap all things we spoke about in writing). It is sad to see the low responsiveness and follow through.
Examples include not sending us policy renewal quote as promised, so now our policy will auto renew tomorrow and we have no idea what the cost will be. When we added a new car to our policy, Rockwell Insurance Group input wrong account details, which broke my online access to policy documents, and it’s not been resolved in the past three months. We also asked for quotes to purchase additional insurance, but there has been no quote sent so far. I’m not sure what happened to Rockwell Insurance Group, but hope they can return to where they were a few years ago in terms of service.
