We have several policies with him from life insurance, houses, several cars and a boat. We’ve had to do a claim before on a vehicle and we were paid in a timely manner through State Farm thanks to Chads responsiveness. I’ve also been in accidents before where it wasn’t my fault and I called him to ask for advice and he’s always answered and responded immediately. We’ve traded in several vehicles and I’ll contact Chad the same day and he will make the changes ASAP. I’ve misplaced cards before and he will email them to me right away, he even helped me setup my online portal. I am so appreciative to Chad for being a wonderful insurance agent. We will never shop around because we are very satisfied with his service!
