Even though it wasnt part of his job, he didnt think twice about helping us jump-start the car. Adams the kind of guy who goes out of his way to help others, even complete strangers. 5 /5 Jutta Crawford: Adam Thurmond and his agency were recommended from my friend to me/us and we could have not gotten a better Insurance Agent then him and also his team. We switched our auto policy from Bristol West (which is a daughter of Farmers Insurance) and we are saving now $200 a month! In this time, we all are going through right now, very helpful. My main call to Adams agency was our high costs in our flood insurance (Farmers/FEMA). We switched the policy to his agency and he was able to see why it was so high, our Mortgage company (Quicken Loans or Rocket-Mortgage now) had reported our property to Farmers Insurance and Adam took everything out of our hand and helped us to get lots of money refunded. We are still speechless in how fast and painless it was being handled, and we are both so grateful and blessed that we had made the call in the beginning. I have never, ever had an agent go above and beyond for his clients then Adam. We are recommending him left and right now!
