1 /5 Joe Dahinden: Been a loyal customer for a decade with a perfect driving record. Great company until the past year when my rates started exploding. The customer service team began lying about why stating its high because of certain things I asked for then a month later when I ask to have it removed I was told they never added it. I explained I see it on my policy, then they said it was accidentally removed at some point....what? Then it was because I used a towing service a year ago, then It was because of their system that does it which they say they cant change and never made any sense. I finally had enough, found someone else and saved $200 every month and even got additional coverage I couldnt afford with Pemco! $370 a month for 2 drivers with clean records and 2 cars in a low crime area once I left them and yet they still found a way to raise my rate again as I was leaving. Additionally they charged me 7 weeks back when it should have been 4 citing, again, their system. Also refused to take my automatic payments off saying their system wouldnt let them and that was my only option to pay them. When I finally had the payment blocked, they immediately notified me by text within days that they were cancelling my policy. I even asked for a supervisor a couple of times and they would intentionally confuse the situation even more. I often wondered who the actual customer is with this place, they think its them. Should have left a year ago when they started this mess, I would have saved A LOT of money and unnecessary frustration!

Many of them have been with Pemco longer than Ive been in this industry, and their deep understanding of the repair process is invaluable. 5 /5 Stephanie G: I’ve had condo and auto policies with Pemco for 10 years and I’m a customer for life. Unfortunately I’ve had to make a few claims and they were always wonderful to deal with. Every person I’ve interacted with has been helpful, personable and professional and the processes were seamless. I had to work with the HOA insurance simultaneously on one claim and the difference between the two companies was night and day. I handle everything on the website or app which are easy to navigate as well. I would highly recommend them!

1 /5 Herbert Senft: I believe your casual and time constricted cancellation of my home owners policy was inexcusable. You might have given notice that due to the moss on one north facing roof and paint issues on sidings we will not be able to renew unless they are corrected, which I can this SUMMER, not now in FEB and MARCH. No claims, in all this time, yet you simply canceled. Further you include some secondary structures I simply would or could demolish and or repaint. These could have been excluded from the coverage.
