I reached out for help, and three days later— Bibbidi-Bobbidi-Boo! —she found me a way better deal with the same coverage. I only wish I reached out sooner. She was so patient, professional, and kept me updated every step of the way, which made a stressful task feel effortless. Samantha really cares about her clients and it shows. Steve Bergman Customer service is the pits. No one answers the phone; including my agent, whose # isnt valid on a website. You are placed on hold for long periods of time with wait periods of an hour.The call back service never calls back. If there were anything below 1 star, theyve earned it

Arianna Cozart Both of the OBanion brothers are the best insurance agents Ive ever dealt with! I use them for a variety of different types of insurance and they are always patient, thorough, and very responsive. The price of the insurance is the lowest to the other companies that Ive shopped or ever used previously.

Amber Steen Shelby was 10/10! She was so helpful in figuring out my policy and helping me Every step of the way. I’ve always had a family friend do my insurance for me so I’ve never 100% understood everything that goes on with what you need and how much coverage you need but Shelby explained everything so well! I needed an sr22 and from start to finish she explained things and helped me every step of the way, she made it so easy for me. I was so anxious and nervous to call to figure everything out and she made me feel so at ease with the process! I can’t say for everyone that works here cause I just talked to Shelby but if they’re anything like Shelby you won’t be disappointed!
