1 /5 Michele Grace: I have been with Joel Goesch for several years and have multiple policies with him and he has been great...always very helpful, kind and respectful. But today I was helped in the office by a girl named Jordyn. She was not pleasant at all. She made me feel so awkward, like I was ignorant, a bother and just wanted me to go away. Is smiling against office policy?? I felt so horrible when I left there so when I returned to work I had to tell my co-workers how I was treated, trying to get some feedback, like wondering what I was saying, or doing wrong. I would not want this one person to affect the decision of others shopping for insurance because Joel really seems like a nice guy. Its just too bad he doesnt have better help because her customer service skills were definitely lacking. I think I will stick to handling my insurance business over the phone because it was just not a good experience in person.
