Critical thinkers these days, are few and far between. Refreshing to deal with Tim in this regard, and also his caring nature. It is said, "People dont care how much you know, until they know how much you care." Another perk is speaking to someone that I can visit with in person, the same person, and one where there is no language barrier. What a concept! Who da thought? Oh did I mention that we got more/better coverage (home & auto) and realized substantial savings. So glad we acted on their ad!
