Senna Casey I can’t even explain the ease of transition from a not-so-great insurance experience to Peyton & Carsen’s team. They have been absolutely amazing from dealing with some crazy claims, issues with prior insurance companies, and being available whenever I’ve needed them. If they aren’t available, you can expect them to get back to you ASAP. I’ve never once encountered an issue working with anyone on this team. If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would. I really cannot recommend this team enough. It’d be an absolute mistake to not speak with them about your insurance needs. Having a Kia, I didn’t expect them to tell me anything different than any other agency, yet they went above and beyond and I ended up switching that day - and they took care of everything else from there. Ryan Christian The honesty of Michael and his team is why I not only refer clients, but I have my personal insurance with them now. I strongly suggest having just a review completed with them to see if you are covered enough compared to what you pay for at other insurance companies. My first review was in early 2024 and they let me know to stay with my current insurance company. Then I added my daughter to the policy as she turned 16 and asked them to review it again as I just went through a review with my then current company. They were able to not only lower my cost but increase my coverage.

Nicole Leahy Larry is amazing at Farmers! He has been so helpful for the several years I’ve been with them. I appreciated them so much I set my daughter up on a policy too. I’ve priced other companies and they have pretty good rates. You probably could get cheaper if you’re willing to sacrifice quality and customer service.
