Mad Max I had AAA roadside assistance for years, but there were some things. Maybe I didn’t realize or things that changed, I now have canceled my service with them. The following are a few areas of serious concern for me. 1. They do not deliver diesel fuel, they were willing to come and told me to a fuel station within about three hours, which was unacceptable. 2. On two separate occasions, I called in for roadside assistance and they could not help me because they had no one to service that area and I was within the parameters of our contract. One of these times was in a life-threatening situation and they chose to leave me stranded. I was north of Fairbanks, Alaska near the Yukon river which normally has a fuel station at the bridge, it was closed. I did not have enough fuel to get where I was going. It was winter time at about 50° below zero, after assessing the situation, I decided to conserve the fuel that I had left And just park idling which would give me more time with the heater running. I called AAA and they would not come and get me because they said I was not out of fuel yet, I tried to explain to them the situation and they said they would not help me, they told me to drive until I ran out of fuel, then call them, yet it would take them at least four hours to get to me leaving me in a car not running in 50 below weather. This is unacceptable. They’re putting pennies in front of somebody’s life.

Angelica Islas was very nice and professional. She answered all of our questions and went above and beyond your regular sales representative. Juanita was out and we were unfortunately not able to meet her but we can tell you she left her best in charge! We would recommend to anyone!

Cassi Ive worked with Kevin, Penny, and Sarah over the past eight or so years, and they have all been wonderful. Ive used Allstate for car, home, and rental insurance, and feel like I am getting good coverage for reasonable prices. Honestly though, its the people that keep me with Allstate. They are always so friendly, return my calls quickly, and are sure to follow up later if needed. I feel like they actually care.

Bowen Normajean (Nia) Im a longtime insurance client with American Family and will remain so based on my claims experience as well as the years of great service. I had a plumbing breakage and a large section of flooring in my home was ruined. American Family restored everything to the original standard, and even hosted me at a hotel during the worst of it while the work was going on. They kept the process moving forward (so I didnt have to), checked in with me frequently, and treated me with great regard and exceptional service every step of the way. As friends heard about the flooding, every one seemed to have an insurance claim "horror story" to recount, and were astounded to hear about how different my American Family claims experience was from theirs. (Especially at competitive rates) Paul Spencer and Heather Baer have helped me navigate coverage choices and secure great rates through the years. They reach out whenever new saving programs or options become available - for example just this week they started a discount for downloading a driving app on my phone. Best service, nicest people, great value.

Day Stormy (LadyStormzzz) Paije at D and D Insurance is amazing. She went ABOVE and BEYOND my expectations. My previous agent at another company was AWFUL and non-responsive. Paije helped me get everything sorted in a timely manner (timely on her end, not mine, sorry Paije!) and spent the whole day practically helping me get things sorted out, fixed, linked, and ready to rock! I cant thank Paije and her team enough. I definitely recommend getting in contact with them!
