1 /5 Emily Valencia: The worst I’ve ever been treated by farmers to the point I was on the phone for hours upon hours ending in tears 7 months pregnant.
Leland and Chris did not complete my policy. I signed everything and was even reassured everything was completed only to be hit with a cancellation months later and returned check. Leland promised everything would be fixed, scheduled a follow up call too but never ended up calling me back so I again had to do all the leg work. Finally I was able to speak to someone from a district office who at first was rude but ended up actually helping me until late at night after hours. We had to BEG basically on the phone with customer service to not charge me an extra $400 something for a mistake on the agents office behalf…since rates had gone up since the time I initially signed up with farmers. They didn’t even want to help me! Not only did the agent mess up the paperwork rejecting PIP but Leland’s office also messed up my address. They were charging me EXTRA for an address I didn’t even live at when I started service with them. Total bull. I started crying on the phone pregnant, tired, and asked them why they were treating me so unfair if I did everything right and everything I was supposed to do. No compassion at all. Truly the worst experience of my life I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone ever again! & to think I came back to Farmers in good faith was so silly of me. Lesson learned. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere with a company that won’t stress you out and treat you unfair over less than $500. To add I never even got an apology from these cowards Leland and Chris but I guess that’s men for ya right? Or is that just Farmers in general? Ask yourself if joining farmers or even contacts this office is worth your peace because that’s what Leland and Chris and customer service will definitely take from you.
