He has consistently shopped around for the best coverage available and has watched over our insurance needs as if we were part of his family. This has kept me from having to fly by the seat of my pants and has taken a lot of responsibility off of my shoulders. He has also been there multiple times when I needed help getting claims processed fairly when there have been snags with various insurance companies.
