I will never look back and Mason always is there to help! Legacy one makes you feel well cared for and taken care of, and not just another policy number on their desk. Ive been happy with them since moving everything over to them, so happy Ive even referred family & friends over to them. I like the fact that Josh took the time to answer all my questions on what certain things meant putting them in laymans terms for me, so I could make the best possible choice of insurance for me. They treat you as they want to be treated and that means a lot to me when I see customer service going downhill nowadays. With Madison being the voice & face of the company & always answers the phone with a smile in her voice & sounds genuinely happy to hear from you, you immediately feel welcomed. 1 /5 Chalis Anderson: I have been with Legacy one insurance for years. Recently my rate went up so I called my agent Jeremy and said I would like to see if I could get a better rate and if I couldnt, I would like to cancel before my renewal. Jeremy NEVER got back to me and I was charged my monthly rate. I had to call my insurance company myself and cancel. Im still waiting on my refund check 2 weeks later. I called Legacy one and spoke to the owner Masons wife and she said she eould get back to me and NEVER did. I am a business owner and am very disappointed with their customer service. Honesty and transparency is key to running a business.

5 /5 Kim Richmond: I love talking to a real person. No push this button or that. Madison and Mason are great. We have four drivers in my family, one with a very bad driving record. They did a great job at finding insurance for all our individual needs. I do wish they would return phone calls a little quicker sometimes. Other than that, I have no complaints. I would recommend them to anyone. Not only do they do a great job but they are also really nice people and make you fell like they really care.
