5 /5 S E: I reached out to Adalberto to talk about a new business I wanted to open and what I would need in terms of insurance and bonds. I called and left a message (they were busy). After a while Adalberto gave me a call back - after hours! I don’t think I have dealt with someone who was willing to work after hours for a client! Such an awesome experience! He simplified the insurance conversation and gave me pointers as to what to look out for as a new business owner. He was very professional throughout our conversation. He showed me that insurance doesn’t have to be difficult and that having the right agent (who is willing to go above and beyond for their clients) is important.
