Jun J I typically dont take my time to post reviews on google but I felt I needed to do so based on the customer service Ive received from Alex. I called about 15 different people to shop for a high risk insurance before I was fortunate enough to be referred to Alex. within the first five minutes of every phone call Ive had with insurance agents, they rushed to give me a very general quote (and VERY HIGH) only with half the information they had of me before saying "yeah we dont have anything else" and would end the calls. Alex spent close to an hour on the phone with me providing full details and she submitted accurate specifics of the previous accidents and came back with the best rates available. I am way more knowledgeable in how insurance works after speaking with Alex. I would highly recommend her.

Rod Cory 10 years ago, I was in need of full service insurance. Dan was a client and I asked to provide me a quote. Being able to shop several sources, he place me with Safeco insurance. I was able to up my limits and also bought an umbrella policy. It is always nice to have someone local that I can call whenever I have insurance questions. If you are looking for insurance, beware of the national sales companies. Many times they will quote a rate that seems to good to be true. Make sure to compare apples to apples. If it seems to good to be true, then chances are it is.

Chey Frye This agency is fantastic! I had a question about my mom’s claim and the agent called me on a Saturday!!! They have always taken great care of us. If you’re looking to support a local agency, this one is it. Farmer’s can be expensive, but their coverage is truly worth it. And the customer service you get from a local office is so much better!
