I was promptly advised not to make a claim under the threat of raising my monthly bill (theyve already raised it 3 times in 3 years). Do yourself a favor get cheap insurance somewhere else because paying more for better coverage just means theyll threaten to raise it if you ever need it. Even for something as small as 1 window.

Pavel A We had a fire at our house. 12/8/24 Emily Sperry reached out the next day was really nice right away. Little did we know we were getting screwed right away. The biggest thing is they use these 1.6 star companies from other states like Alacrity to review contents and rental bids and then they just cut the cost by a lot on everything and then Emily Sperry just wires the money what ever they price for her. Of course just like the other reviews they CANCELED US. And there is lots of things we’re figuring out that we don’t have coverage for. We are still struggling here. Everything takes extra long. I am hoping someone from Grange can reach out to us and help us.
