When Chris drove by he reported to my mortgage company that the property was vacant - there were no cars (I was at work!) and that he looked through windows and it appeared no one was living there. I found this out through my mortgage company who sent me a letter informing me they were charging me for insurance through them since American Family was dropping me. Then it was extremely hard to get ahold of Chris to ask why he didn’t even reach out to me? I had my car insurance through him for a few years by that time. So after that incident I dropped them and switched to State Farm, who have been great!
