5 /5 Emy: My experience has been excellent with Gabriela Martinez; an agent at Finders insurance. She has been professional and friendly with every payment that has been made over the phone. She is extremely helpful, with her in-depth knowledge, I can rest assured that any questions or concerns I have on my insurance will be resolved. I have to say she was very thorough, precise, friendly, patient, and provides excellent customer service. I highly recommend Gaby. She is awesome!

5 /5 Lesly Vazquez: Ana was very helpful and made sure that I got the best quote possible. I was so thankful for her professionalism and her way of explaining things in a clear and helpful manner so I could understand my new policy. I think she is a great asset to this company, especially because she makes sure that you are satisfied with your new quote, and understanding the changes. She also followed up to make sure that I received all the paperwork needed, and texted me a policy ID card for me to have until I received the ones in the mail.

5 /5 lily muro: My experience walking in to the office was very welcoming. Greeted and eye contact was made. Vanessa assisted me with a quote in a very quick, professional and friendly manner. She acknowledged that my kids where present and were very patient as she help me. At the end of my visit with her she offered treats for my kids and expressed how well behaved they were. Very friendly place, highly recommend to be assisted by Vanessa in the future.

1 /5 Samuela Wilson: Terrible customer service. Ive been a customer with them for at least 15 years. I dont know if someone new purchased the company but the last five or so years, Ive been extremely dissatisfied. The employees seem nice over the phone, but they seem to care very little about their customers. Every single time I have ever called them for something, they have never once called me back. I dont even require their assistance very often, but Im extremely disappointed that when I do, they cant be bothered to call me back. EVER. It has become extremely maddening to the point that I am going to cancel with them and give my money to someone else who actually cares about their customers and calls me back when they say theyre going to. I do not recommend going through them for your insurance. Not unless youre ready to physically drive to their office every single time just to get help with something that would take 2 minutes over the phone.
