J W What a great company and group of people. My initial contact came when I was looking for insurance for my new restaurant. I had an appointment and was take to a room of 8 people who took huge interest in providing me with unbelievable service. I was sold! This agency now provides all of our insurance needs. I was so impressed I also switched over all of my personal insurance as well. With a business that has 54 employees and a lifestyle that includes three vehicles 5 ATVS, a boat and a travel trailer as well as a rental house and a primary residence I have lots of needs. Lisa Franke The Hartford is the worst experience I have ever had with a business. They put so little effort into my case and didnt talk to my doctors, strung me along for literally months while I had no income, and continued to deny me coverage for pathetic reasons that were at odds with everything my medical team said. I had even jumped through all of their hoops. They told me things and then claimed they never said them. Id leave voicemails they seemingly didnt listen to. I got bounced between probably three different agents. Honestly, dealing with the Hartford was probably the worst part of HAVING CANCER. DO NOT USE THE HARTFORD. NO MATTER WHAT. ITS NOT WORTH IT. Now I just hope I dont end up losing my house. Thanks, guys.
